I did a series of drawings on Great Danes; one of my favorite books as a kid involved one so I imagined adapting it to the screen. I started out with realistic sketches, not really exaggerating anything for cartoon effect, other than just slightly on his eyes.I found a picture of a Great Dane standing over a chihuahua which created a humorous contrast considering one is the tallest dog breed and the other is the smallest one.
