The prompt for Face-off Friday was to create a mascot with a prop and one article of clothing. I had recently attended Animation Y’all, a brand new animation expo in Nashville, Tennessee so I decided to design a mascot for the conference. On the drive, I noticed a lot of marshlands and while researching native animals to the state, I came across swamp rabbits, a species of rabbit that swimming is a regular activity of their kind. So I created a country rabbit with a cowboy hat and also a bandana that is designed with the Tennessee state flag logo. It was quite fun!
